1965 - Company is established by Mr. N.R. Gandhi with the sole purpose of helping humanity through ancient knowledge of herbs in a small town.

1968 - It was time for Shelter to expand itself under the guidance of Mr. N. R. Gandhi’s son Dr. Nisar Ahmed Sabugar & his brothers. The company identified  the need of rural India and launched a veterinary division to serve our silent friends.

1970 - The small dream started to grow and spread  its roots deep into the earth to get extract of herbs from it to provide more and more health care products to the needy.

1972 - Introduced the brand Baldeepak for the welfare of kids to take care of all the problems of infant including teething problems.

1976 - The brand Shelter’s Lemonade Barley water was introduced. Now a days it is the flagship brand and is unique in its category. Simultaneously the other top brands like  Sherolax, Diadys, Diabetone, Livodine 12 were launched.

1996 - Veterinary division further expanded with launch of brands like Lactocal, Vymet and anical, to take care of poultry animals as well.

2003 - Expansion of our marketing unit with the ambition to expand our presence across the world, addition of expert  professionals in our team.
